Accessibility
At Sushi in Sushi, we want everyone to be able to use our website — including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or have specific visual, motor or cognitive needs. We work to ensure our pages meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, the international standard for web accessibility.
If you encounter any barrier or difficulty using this site, please contact us. We answer every request and use your feedback to improve.
What we already have in place
Keyboard navigation
All buttons, links and forms can be operated without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
Screen readers
Semantic structure (headings, regions, lists), ARIA labels on interactive controls, and text alternatives for relevant images.
Touch targets
Buttons and clickable elements meet a minimum size of 40 pixels for comfortable use on touch screens.
Contrast
Text and visual elements have sufficient contrast to remain readable in varying lighting conditions.
Reduced motion
We honour the system preference for reduced motion — visitors who prefer less movement see a version with minimal transitions.
Languages
The site is available in 6 languages (Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).
Known limitations
We are continuously improving. Some areas still being refined:
- Content embedded from external platforms (maps, social media) may not fully meet the same standards.
- Older videos may not have captions.
